Q When is Check in?
A You can check in between 3pm and 0am on the day of arrival. In case you arrive way behind the schedule, please contact us. ‘Early Check In’ is available for additional charge. Please note that we might not be able to meet your request depending on availability.
Q When is Check out?
A Check out is by 10a.m on the morning of departure. If you wish ‘Late Check Out’, additional fee is charged. Please note that we might not be able to meet your request depending on availability.
Q Is there a non-smoking room or smoking room?
A Under no circumstances is smoking allowed within the hotel except for in the designated off-site smoking locations.
Q Can I make a reservation on the same day of arrival?
A Yes, you can. We accept reservation till 10a.m if there is availability for a room.
Q How much is the cancellation fee?
A The fee shall be fully collected in case of cancellation on the day or the day before due to limited capacity. In case of cancellation 2 days before, 80% of the fee will be charged.
Q How can I pay the fee?
A We accept cash or credit card. Basically, you are asked to pay a fee at check-in excluding online reservation or reservation through travel agency.
Credit card: VISA/Master/JCB/Diners/American Express/Rakuten card are acceptable.
Q Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A Yes, you can. But, please note that we might not be able to keep your valuables, hazardous materials or other items we determine.
Q Can I send my luggage before check-in?
A Yes, you can as long as you contact us in advance. But, we keep your luggage only for a week. Please make sure to write a name of the recipient same as the person who will stay our hotel.
Q Can I use an internet?
A Yes, you can. We have a free Wi-Fi throughout our hotel as well as PC space. Plus, Wired LAN is available for some rooms.
Q Is there a fee for children?
A person up to 12 years-old stays free when sharing a room with a parent. (No extra bed/crib is prepared.) Person over 12 years-old will be charged same as adult fee.
Q Is there laundromat at the hotel?
A No. But, there is a laundromat near our hotel.(Just 1-minute walk away)
Q Can I make a reservation for the rental service?
A No. Rental service is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q Can I have adjoining rooms when I book several rooms?
A We are afraid we might not be able to meet your request depending on availability.
Q Is there a convenience store nearby?
A Yes. There are convenience store, super market and 100 yen shop within 5-minute walk. Ask our staffs for more detail.
